浸渍法测定塑料密度的测量不确定度评定

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measuring Plastic Density by Impregnation Method

按照GB/T1033.1—2008中的浸渍法测量塑料密度,分析了塑料密度测量的影响因素,如浸渍液密度、测量温度、试样称量、试样形状等。利用测试数据以及JJF1059.1—2012对浸渍法测量塑料密度的不确定度进行分析评估,得出测量结果的扩展不确定度为0.0030g/cm^3。

According to the impregnation method in GB/T 1033.1-2008,the factors influencing the measurement of plastics density were analyzed.Such as the density of impregnating solution,the measuring temperature,the weighing of sample and the shape of sample.Using the test data and JJF1059.1-2012 ,the uncertainty of plastic density measurement by impregnation method was analyzed and evaluated.The expanded uncertainty of the measurement result was 0.0030g/cm3.
