摘要
以某煤化工企业为例,从其浓盐水水质特征出发,进行浓盐水零排放处理工艺设计。实践运行表明:“石灰软化+多介质过滤+两级阳离子交换床+超滤+两级高压反渗透+多效蒸发+离心结晶”的工艺设计,可有效提升淡水回收率,具有较强实用性。
In this paper,a coal chemical enterprise as an example,from the characteristics of the quality of concentrated brine,concentrated brine zero-emission treatment process design. Practical operation shows that the process design of "lime softening + multi-media filtration + two-stage cationic exchange bed + ultrafiltration + two-stage high-pressure reverse osmosis + multieffect evaporation + centrifugal crystallization" can effectively improve the recovery rate of fresh water and has strong practicability.
