摘要
针对某矿场一、二级生产分离器长期处理效果不佳的问题,本文从生产分离器内部结构着手分析,深度挖掘问题原因,在分离器原设计结构无法优化调整空间的前提下,利用生产流程特点研究降低油水界面、减少油滴上浮时间以及增加流体滞留时间等提高油水物理分离效果的方法,使一、二级生产分离器油相含水明显下降,进而实现生产流程的物理作用替代化学干预,提升了生产流程的稳定性、质量性和效益性。
Aiming at the problem of poor long-term treatment effect of primary and secondary production separators in a mine,this paper starts with the analysis of internal structure of production separators,and deeply excavates the causes of the problem. On the premise that the original design structure of the separator can not optimize the adjustment space,using the characteristics of production process to study how to improve oil-water physics by reducing oil-water interface,reducing oil droplet floating time and increasing fluid retention time. The method of separation effect makes the water content of oil phase in primary and secondary production separators decrease obviously,and then realizes the physical function of production process instead of chemical intervention,which improves the stability,quality and efficiency of production process.
