摘要
针对目前低渗油气田水平井和油气井分段压裂技术中常出现的压裂滑套球座失效问题,对铸铁球座采用表面镀陶瓷处理方法优化,通过现场对滑套进行实际的冲蚀试验,结果显示该工艺能显著增强滑套球座的耐冲蚀性,满足现场应用要求。
According to the problem of ball seat failure of fracturing sliding sleeve oil fields with low permeability of horizontal well in staged fracturing,cast-iron ball seat with surface coated ceramic has been done,and actual erosion experiment has been conducted,the result shows that this process can remarkably improve anti-erosion properties of fracturing sliding sleeve and can meet the requirement of field application.
