摘要
目的了解宁夏部分放射工作人员受照剂量状况及防护水平。方法采用热释光个人剂量监测方法对2016年宁夏省级医疗机构及部分工业、企业放射工作人员进行外照射个人剂量监测。结果 2016年分别监测放射诊疗职业人员663人、工业放射工作人员82人,人均年有效剂量为0.901mSv·a^(-1)。其中人均年有效剂量最高的是核医学人员,为1.63 mSv·a^(-1);最低的是从事测井的工业放射人员,为0.23mSv·a~(^(-1))。结论宁夏省级医疗机构及部分工业、企业放射工作人员的年均有效剂量均低于国家标准规定的年有效剂量限值(20mSv·a^(-1)),工作场所的防护现况大致符合保护放射工作人员安全与健康的基本要求。
Objective To understand the radiation dose status and protection level of radiation workers by analyzing the results of personal dose monitoring in Ningxia provincial medical institutions and some industrial enterprises.Methods The personal dose of external irradiation was monitored by thermoluminescent personal dose monitoring method.Results In 2016,663 professional radiologists and 82 industrial radiologists were monitored,with an annual effective dose of 0.901 mSv a^-1 per capita.Among them,the highest annual effective dose per capita was for nuclear medical personnel,averaging 1.63 mSv a^-1,while the lowest was for industrial radiologists engaged in logging,averaging 0.23 mSv a^-1.Conclusion The annual effective dose of radiation workers in Ningxia provincial medical institutions and some industrial enterprises was lower than the annual effective dose limit of 20 mSv a^-1 stipulated by the national standard.The current situation of workplace protection generally meets the basic requirements of protecting the safety and health of radiation workers.
