关于10kV变压器状态检修与故障的研究

Research on condition-based maintenance and fault of 10kV transformer

在变电站运行过程中,变压器是非常重要的一项变电设备,其直接影响了整体电网运行的安全稳定性。而以往变压器停机检修方法也无法满足现阶段变压器故障维修的要求。因此本文以10kV变压器为研究对象,对10KV变压器常见故障进行了简单的分析,并提出了10kV变压器状态检修措施,以期为10kV变压器安全可靠运行提供依据。

In the process of substation operation,transformer is a very important transformer equipment. It directly affects the security and stability of the whole power grid operation. However,the previous methods of transformer shutdown maintenance can not meet the requirements of transformer fault maintenance at this stage. Therefore,taking 10KV transformer as the research object, this paper makes a simple analysis of the common faults of 10KV transformer. In order to provide basis for safe and reliable operation of 10KV transformer,several condition-based maintenance measures are proposed.
