摘要 以某石化企业的3塔柱作为研究对象,分别对塔群和3个塔柱单独建立计算模型.运用Fluent流动软件,模拟计算3种风速下的塔柱瞬态绕流问题. 3个塔柱直径D分别为2. 8 m、3. 3 m和2. 5 m,间距比L/D分别为1. 98、2. 72和4. 69;雷诺数Re=(1. 50~6. 65)×10~6.计算得到了塔柱和塔群的涡脱频率以及所受升力、阻力随时间的变化规律,由此分析了单塔情况下受力和塔群合力的关系,探讨了单塔和塔群的涡脱频率关系及其群体干涉效应,为石化企业的安全运行提供技术支持. In this work,the three towers of a petrochemical enterprise are selected as the research object,the computational models of the tower group and three towers are established separately. Fluent software is used to simulate the transient flow field around the towers and the group under three wind speeds. The three towers have respectively diameters of 2. 8 m,3. 3 m and 2. 5 m,L/D ratios of 1. 98,2. 72 and 4. 69. And Re=( 1. 50 ~ 6. 65) × 10~6. The computations are performed for the vortex frequencies shedding from the towers and the group as well as the variations of lift and drag with time. The relationship between forces acting on a single tower and those on the group is analyzed.The relationship between the vortex frequencies of single tower and the group and the interference effects are discussed,in order to provide technical support for the safety operation of petrochemical enterprises.
