红树植物异色拟盘多毛孢内生真菌次级代谢产物及其生物活性 被引量:1

The secondary metabolites of the endophytic fungi Pestalotiopsis versicolor from mangrove and their biological activities

摘要 目的研究红树植物异色拟盘多毛孢内生真菌Pestalotiopsis versicolor的次级代谢产物及其生物活性。方法真菌固体发酵产物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、制备薄层进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。PNPG法测定化合物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制能力。结果从中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为3-(4-甲苯氧基)丙酸(1)、对羟基苯乙醇(2)、2-苯乙醇(3)、3β, 5α, 9α-三羟基-(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-6-酮(4)、麦角甾醇(5)、麦角甾4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3酮(6)、(1aS,3R,4R,4aR,6S,7R,8aS)-7-chloro-3,6-dihydroxy-3,4a,8,8-tetramethyl-octahydro-1aH-naphtho[1-b]oxirene-4-carboxylic acid (7)、cepharosporolides G (8)。化合物1在质量浓度为6.25 mg/mL时对α-葡萄糖苷酶具有较弱的抑制活性。结论化合物7为首次从拟盘多毛孢属内生真菌的固体发酵产物中分离得到,化合物5为首次从异色拟盘多毛孢内生真菌的固体发酵产物中分离得到。化合物1有较弱的生物活性。 AIM To study the secondary metabolites of the endophytic fungi Pestalotiopsis versicolor from mangrove and their biological activities.METHODS The solid fermentation was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative thin layer chromatography,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Their inhibition againstα-glucosidase was determined by PNPG method.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as 3-(p-tolyloxy)propanoic acid(1),4-(2-hydroxyethyl)phenol(2),2-phenylethanol(3),3β,5α,9α-trihydroxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-diene-6-one(4),ergosterol(5),ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one(6),(1aS,3R,4R,4aR,6S,7R,8aS)-7-chloro-3,6-dihydroxy-3,4a,8,8-tetramethyl-octahydro-1aH-naphtho[1-b]oxirene-4-carboxylic acid(7),cepharosporolides G(8).Compound 1 showed weak inhibition againstα-glucosidase at the concentration of 6.25 mg/mL.CONCLUSION Compound 7 is isolated from the solid fermentation of Pestalotiopsis genus for the first time,while compound 5 is isolated from the solid fermentation of P.versicolor for the first time.Compound 1 has weak biological activities.
