平整机芯棒直流电动机双并驱动电控改造

摘要 阐述了平整机芯棒限动传动存在的问题和提高芯棒限动力改造的必要性,确定了通过采用两台同样直流电动机双并驱动两台减速机来提高芯棒限动力的改造方案。对两台直流电动机电枢串联、电枢并联以及主从控制方案进行了比较,介绍了主从控制主回路和励磁回路的构成以及调试中出现的问题。针对主从控制调试出现的问题,提出了采用两套独立的速度、电流双闭环系统和在主从控制基础上加以改进两种不同的解决思路,通过调试确定了将两台直流电动机、两套整流装置分别组成各自独立的转速、电流双闭环系统,将两台电动机电流送入新增的电流平衡调节器经比较放大后作为其中1台电动机的附加速度给定,通过调节电动机的速度来实现两台电动机负荷平衡的最终方案,芯棒限动力双倍提高。 This paper expounds the problems existing in the limited drive of the mandrel and the necessity of improving the limited force of the mandrel,and determines the scheme of improving the limited power of the mandrel by adopting two double and driving two reducers of the same DC motor.Two direct current armature series,armature parallel and master-slave control schemes are compared.The constitution of master-slave control main circuit and excitation circuit and the problems in debugging are introduced.Aiming at the problems of master-slave control debugging,two different solutions are put forward,which are to adopt two sets of independent speed and current double closed-loop system and improve the master-slave control.The final scheme is determined by debugging,two DC motors and two sets of rectifying devices are made up of their own independent rotational speed and current double closed loop system,the current of two motors is fed into the new current balance regulator which is given as the additional speed of one of the motors after comparison and amplification,the load balancing of the two motors is realized by adjusting the speed of the motor.The limit force of mandrel is doubled.
