湛钢4200mm厚板精轧机配辊策略优化研究

摘要 湛江钢铁公司厚板厂4200mm厚板精轧机近期多次出现因轧制过程板凸度偏大导致的异常换辊情况,调查后发现出现异常换辊情况全部是FN07/FN08配辊在机时发生的。经过反查配辊轧制实绩,检测轧辊表面硬度及轧辊金相组织等,发现凸度异常变化是多种因素综合造成的结果。根据现有条件,制定轧制计划编排优化、配辊方案变更、轧制块数再平衡等措施,有效地改善了轧制板凸度偏大的问题,降低了异常换辊次数。 In Heavy Plate Mill of Zhanjiang Iron&Steel Co.,there have been many abnormal roll changes in 4 200 mm heavy plate finishing mill recently due to the large crown of the plate during rolling.After investigation,it was found that all the abnormal roll changes occurred at the time of FN07/FN08 roll matching.After checking the rolling performance of matching rolls,testing the surface hardness of rolls,and testing the metallographic structure of rolls,it is found that the abnormal change of crown is the result of a combination of many factors.According to the existing conditions,measures such as optimization of rolling plan arrangement,change of roll distribution scheme and rebalancing of rolling blocks are formulated,which effectively improve the phenomenon of large crown of rolling plates and reduce the number of abnormal roll changes.
