摘要
高碳高铬冷作模具钢由于其高度的裂纹敏感性,基本都采用模铸生产。宝钢特钢金属板带产线,利用立式连铸机成功地实现了连铸+热轧生产冷作模具钢。立式连铸机具有对称凝固好、组织均匀、夹杂物容易上浮等特点,由于连铸机没有弯曲和矫直的变形应力,特别适合生产裂纹敏感性钢种。以钢种Cr12MoV为例,通过对材料特性研究、成分优化设计以及冷却速度对凝固组织的影响等基础研究,结合连铸过程生产实践,介绍了宝钢特钢冷作模具钢连铸应用技术的开发过程。
As the high crack sensitivity with high carbon high chromium cold-working die steel,it basically uses ingot casting process to produce.In special steel plate and strip production line of Baosteel Special Steel Co.,the production process of continuous casting and hot rolling for cold-working die steel has been successfully realized by using vertical continuous casting machine.Vertical continuous casting machine has the characteristics of good symmetrical solidification,uniform structure and easy inclusion floating,etc.,which is especially suitable for crack-sensitive steel due to its lack of bending and straightening deformation stress.Based on the basic research of material characteristics,the optimization and design of chemical composition,the effect of cooling rate on solidification structure and etc.,and combined with the application of continuous casting process with Cr12MoV,the development process of continuous casting technology with cold-working die steel in Baosteel Special Steel Co.was introduced.
