阿奇霉素联合辛伐他汀在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺动脉高压患者中的应用

Application of azithromycin combined with simvastatin in treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension

目的 探讨阿奇霉素联合辛伐他汀在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺动脉高压患者中的应用价值。 方法 选取本院收治的80例COPD合并肺动脉高压患者为研究对象,对照组40例采用单纯辛伐他汀治疗,观察组40例采用阿奇霉素联合辛伐他汀治疗。对比2组的治疗效果。 结果 不同方式治疗后,2组血氧分压、血氧饱和度、6min步行实验距离、肺功能各指标及肺动脉压水平对比有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。 结论 阿奇霉素联合辛伐他汀对改善COPD合并肺动脉高压患者病情有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the value of azithromycin combined with simvastatin in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with pulmonary hypertension. Methods Eighty COPD patients with pulmonary hypertension were enrolled in our hospital. The control group with 40 patients were treated with simvastatin alone, and 40 patients in the observation group were treated with azithromycin combined with simvastatin. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After different treatments, the differences in blood oxygen partial pressure, blood oxygen saturation, 6-min walking distance, lung function indexes and pulmonary artery pressure levels were statistically significant ( P <0.05). After treatment, the level of C-reactive protein in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin combined with simvastatin is of great significance in improving the disease condition of patients with COPD complicated with pulmonary hypertension.
