介绍锡林-盖板间梳理纤维运动的特点及盖板落棉具体异常状态。发现引起盖板花异常状态的因素主要有锡林、盖板的几何尺寸,纤维的性能,环境温湿度,梳理气流、工艺及设备管理,设备基础件的精度等。在生产中,可根据纤维性能,通过调整活动盖板植针方式、角度、针高以及锡林针布工作角度和密度等,合理选配针布,合理设计工艺,加强基础管理,从而控制盖板花状态异常,稳定梳理质量。

The fiber movement between the cylinder and plate as well as the abnormal state of noil on the flat of a carding machine is introduced.It was found that factors such as the physical dimension of cylinder and flat, fiber property, temperature and relative humidity, blowing process, as well as the management and basic part precision of related equipment could cause the abnormal state.In production, it can control the flat pattern state by adjusting the needling, angle and needle height of cover flat and the working angle and density of cylinder clothing according to the fiber property.
