微生物法合成ZnS纳米颗粒及应用

摘要 近年来,纳米材料以其独特的尺寸、形状及光学、电学、化学性能引起广泛的关注。ZnS纳米颗粒更具有独特的光电效应、荧光效应和电致发光等功能,在电学、磁学和催化等领域的出色表现引起了很多科学家的重视。微生物法合成ZnS纳米颗粒在常温常压下进行,可以减少或消除有毒的中间产物,和化学法相比是一种绿色环保的合成方法。综述了利用细菌、真菌、病毒等微生物合成ZnS纳米颗粒,以及ZnS纳米颗粒在医学、生物标记、荧光传感探针、锌酶的替代物及光催化等方面的应用,并对ZnS纳米颗粒的前景及发展方向进行了展望。 Nano-materials have recently attracted wide attention due to their unique size,shape,optical property,electrical property,and chemical property.ZnS nanoparticles have unique photoelectric effect,fluorescence effect,and electroluminescence function,and have stimulated enormous research interest of many scientists because of their outstanding performance in the fields of electricity,magnetism,and catalysis.Microbial synthesis of ZnS nanoparticles occurs at normal temperature and pressure,which can reduce or eliminate toxic intermediate products.Compared with chemical methods,microbial synthesis is a green and environmentally friendly method.We review the synthesis of ZnS nanoparticles by bacteria,fungi,and viruses,and put forward the application of ZnS nanoparticles in medicine,biomarker,fluorescence sensor probe,zinc enzyme substitute,and photocatalysis.Moreover,we prospect the future development of ZnS nanoparticles.
