烧结大烟道烟气余热回收节能效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 针对烧结大烟道烟气余热目前尚未充分回收和利用,提出应用内置式大烟道烟气余热锅炉回收技术,并将产生的蒸汽并入环冷蒸汽发电系统。结合宣钢3号烧结机上的应用,介绍了该技术的主要设备组成、工艺流程、技术特色和创新。通过对2017年全年蒸汽产量和各种能源介质消耗量统计,计算出年节能量7199.21tce,取得较好的经济效益和社会环境效益。 In view of the fact that the waste heat of sintered flue gas in large flue gas has not been fully recovered and utilized at present, the technology of recovery of waste heat of large flue gas in built-in large flue gas boiler is put forward, and the generated steam was incorporated into the ring cooling steam power generation system.Combined with the application of the technology in No.3 sintering machine of Xuanhua iron and steel, the main equipment composition, technological process, technical characteristics and innovation of the technology were introduced. According to the statistics and calculation of the annual steam output and the consumption of various energy media in 2017, the annual energy saving is 7199.21tce, which has achieved good economic and social and environmental benefits.
