物流园区空间布局及创新发展评价研究——基于河南省物流园区的调查数据

AN EVALUATION STUDY OF SPATIAL PATTERN AND INNOVATION-DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT BASED ON THE SURVEY OF HENAN LOGISTICS ZONE

随着经济全球化的快速发展和信息技术的进步,现代物流业作为"第三利润源"发展迅速。物流园区作为现代物流业发展的重要载体,其合理的空间布局和创新的发展模式,对于推动物流业的集聚、智慧、高端和绿色发展意义重大。目前全国物流园区建设和发展的推进过程中,仍然存在物流园区布局失衡、业态同质度高、配套设施不完善、物流创新能力较低等短板和瓶颈。河南作为全国"一带一路"的重要节点省份,物流业发展基础良好,发展优势和机遇突出,能够作为全国物流业发展的缩影。通过实例分析,提出了制定促进物流园区发展的相关标准、合理优化空间布局、强化发展"软硬"支撑、全力集聚要素资源等物流园区创新发展路径。

With the rapid development of economic globalization and the progress of information technology, the modern logistics industry is emerging. Logistics zone is an important carrier of modern logistics development, whose spatial pattern and innovation model are is of great significance to promote the assembled, smart, high-end, and green industry. However, during the construction and development of logistics zones, there are some weakness and bottlenecks, for example, the unbalanced distribution of logistics zones, high homogeneity of business model, lack of supporting facilities and lack of innovation ability. Now Henan meets new challenges of the Belt and Road Initiative, whose logistics industry has a solid foundation, great advantages and a new opportunity for development. Henan is considered as an epitome of the national logistics industry, so an empirical evaluation study is made on the development of Henan logistics zone. Suggestions of innovation-driven development are thus proposed, such as establishing norms and standards, optimizing the spatial pattern, strengthening both soft and hard support of development, and assembling all the resources, so as to promote the sustainable development of the logistics zones, achieve quality improvement and transformation, and develop with innovation.
