摘要 通过分析Pa30铝合金支架的结构性能,针对薄壁加工过程中容易变形等难点,经过研究分析,设计了一整套专用夹具。试验表明,该套夹具解决了铝合金支架在生产过程中遇到的变形、低效等问题。 By structure and capability analysis of of Pa30 aluminium alloy bracket, some difficulties such as easy deformation in the thin-walled process are studied and analyzed. A set of special jig has been designed. The experiment results show that the jig successfully solved the problems of such as deformation and inefficiency in the machining process of aluminium alloy bracket.
