视频技术在连铸铸坯定位中的应用

摘要 随着计算机技术的飞速发展,人们对摄像机的研究和使用技术也得到了大力的发展。阐述了智能视频技术的应用现状,介绍了利用摄像头实时采集图像、用C#语言对实时采集的图像进行二值化、灰度化处理和分析,最终得到连铸铸坯的位置,以期为连铸铸坯定位提高一些理论建议。 With the rapid development of computer technology, people’s research and use of camera technology has also been vigorously developed. This paper expounds the application status of intelligent video technology,and introduces the real-time image acquisition by camera, binarization, gray processing and analysis of real-time image acquisition by C # language, and finally obtains the position of continuous casting slab in order to improve some theoretical suggestions for slab positioning in continuous casting.
