Unsafe Problems and Improvement of 300,000 m^3 Dry Gas Holder

从活塞配重、柜底板腐蚀情况等方面分析了干式气柜在运行中存在的问题,提出了相应的改进措施和建议。经大修改,有效提高了干式气柜的运行周期,延长了使用寿命。

This paper analyses the problems existing in the operation of dry gas holder from the aspects of piston counterweight and corrosion of the bottom plate of the holder, and puts forward corresponding improvement measures and suggestions. After major modification, the operation cycle of dry gas holder is effectively improved and its service life is prolonged.
