摘要
企业管理要以人为本,良好的职工素养不仅是企业经济效益的源泉,更是提高产品质量的关键。基建转生产矿井期间面临着“三基”工作相对薄弱,在硬件、软件、人力、装备、作风等方面还存在提升空间。基建转生产煤矿要实现安全生产和高效率高效益高质量发展,职工队伍素质是关键,本文从相关理论出发,探讨基建转生产矿井期间职工素养养成分区的构建,形成职工素养养成的实践路径。
Enterprises management should be people-oriented, good employees accomplishment is not only the source of economic benefits of enterprises,but also the key to improve products quality. In the transi. tion period from capital construction to production of the mines,“three basics” work is relatively weak, there still has room for improvement in the hardware,software,manpower,equipment,style and other as. pects. In order to realize safe production and development featuring efficiency,high benefits and high quali. ty in the transition period from capital construction to production of the mines,the accomplishment of em. ployee workforces is the key,this paper discusses the construction of employees accomplishment partition dur. ing the transfer of capital construction to the production of mine,and forms the practical path of workers' accomplishment formation from the relevant theories.
