“110工法”中综合防灭火技术分析及对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of Comprehensive Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Technology in “110 Construction Method”

本文着重介绍了金凤煤矿在011810综采工作面采用“110工法”中的防灭火技术分析,并提出了以注液氮与注浆为主、束管监测、监测监控、人工检测及加强地表裂隙充填等为辅的防灭火对策,成功杜绝了“110工法”成巷期间及成巷后的自燃发火隐患,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。

This paper mainly introduces the analysis of fire prevention and extinguishing technology in“110 construction method”that adopted in 011810 fully mechanized mining face of Jinfeng Coal Mine,and puts forward to fire prevention and extinguishing countermeasures,seeing liquid injection nitrogen and grouting as the main methods,beam pipe monitoring,manual monitoring and strengthening surface crack filling as the helper method,which have successfully eliminated the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion during and after the“110 construction method”,and obvious economic and social benefits have been obtained.
