摘要
针对目前煤炭行业设备零部件加工周期长、生产效率低下、库存量大、生产成本大等问题,提出将3D打印技术应用到煤矿设备维修中,分析阐述了3D打印技术的工作原理及工艺特点,介绍了该技术在其他行业的应用情况。为煤炭行业设备维修中无法批量生产的重要零部件的加工提供了新思路。分析结果表明,3D打印技术应用快捷方便,缩短了零部件的加工周期,将3D打印技术应用于实践中,验证了其加工工艺简单、加工速度快、生产成本低的特点。
In view of the problems such as long processing cycle,low production efficiency,large inventory and large production cost and other problems in the equipment parts of coal industries,the paper puts for. ward to apply 3D printing technology in the equipment maintenance of coal industries,analyzes the working principle and technical characteristics of 3D printing technology,and lists the application of this technology in other industries, and it provides a new thoughts for the processing of important parts which can’t be mass produced in equipment maintenance of coal industries. The analysis results show that 3D printing tech. nology is fast and convenient and reduce the processing cycle of spare parts.
