摘要
火力发电厂锅炉给水泵作为一个重要的辅机设备,在运行中除了出力减小、油水泄漏、机械密封温度高、轴瓦温度高等问题外,最大的问题就是振动问题。由于给水泵诱振因素较多,而且在运行中受到各种工况的影响,给振动分析和消除带来困难。给水泵振动过大会造成泵的动静部分严重磨损,甚至主轴断裂,影响机组安全稳定运行。本文就大港发电厂1A给水泵振动频发的分析和处理过程进行介绍和解析,为同类机组给水泵振动治理提供借鉴。
As an important auxiliary equipment,the boiler feed pump in thermal power plant has the prob. lems like reducing output,oil and water leakage,high mechanical seal temperature,high bearing tempera. ture and so on, the biggest problem is vibration. Since there are many vibration-inducing factors of feed pump,and it is affected by various working conditions in operation,it is difficult to analyze and eliminate vibration. The vibration of the feed pump results in serious wear and tear of the dynamic and static part of the pump,and even the fracture of the main shaft,which affects the safe and stable operation of the unit. This paper introduces and analyzes the vibration frequency analysis and treatment process of 1A feed pump in Dagang Power-generation Plant,which provides a reference for the vibration treatment of feed pump of the same kind of unit.
