机车属地修模式的探讨与实践

Discussion and Practice of Locomotive Territorial Repair Model

针对包神铁路集团机车委外修存在的困境,为提高机车检修效率、降低检修成本、保证检修质量,提出了机车属地修的模式。本文将机车属地修分为启动阶段、实施阶段、收尾阶段,围绕检修进度、检修质量、安全生产等关键指标,设计出切实可行的管理方案,实现机车属地修的科学管理,效果良好。

Aiming at the predicament of locomotive territorial repair in Baoshen Railway Group,the locomo. tive territorial repair mode is put forward to improve locomotive maintenance efficiency,reduce maintenance cost and ensure maintenance quality. In this paper,locomotive territorial repair is divided into three stages: start-up stage, implementation stage and end-up stage. Based on the key indicators of maintenance prog. ress,maintenance quality and safety production,a practicable and feasible management scheme is designed, which achieves the scientific management of locomotive territorial repair and achieves good results.
