摘要
多电机联动控制在现代工业生产中应用日益广泛。基于实验室现有的网络控制平台,该文设计了由PROFIBUSDP现场总线构建的全数字式电气联动控制系统。首先该系统采用带有ProfiBus总线接口的西门子MM440变频器作为实现PLC(programmable logic controller)与三相异步电机之间的信号转换设备,然后采用一种改进的积分分离PI控制算法来实现系统控制,最后完成了对三相异步电动机的升降速平稳控制和上位机WinCC监控软件对下位机联动控制系统的实时监控,达到了正十二边形逼近绘圆联动控制的要求。实验结果表明,该系统具有成本低、响应速度快和控制精度高等特点。
Multi-motors linkage control system has been widely used in modern industry. Based on the existing network control platform of the laboratory, an all-digital electrical interlocking control system constructed by Profibus-DP field bus is designed in this paper. Firstly, the system uses Siemens MM440 inverter with Pofibus bus interface as the signal conversion device between PLC and three-phase asynchronous motor. Then, an improved proportion integral separation PI control algorithm is used to realize system control. Finally, the system is completed. The speed-up and smooth control of the three-phase asynchronous motor and the real-time monitoring of the lower-machine linkage control system by the WinCC monitoring software of the upper computer achieve the requirements of the positive dodecagon approximation. The experimental results show that this system has the characteristics of low-cost, rapid response and high control precision.
