摘要 化学反应动力学研究是反应工程的主要内容,也是反应器设计的基础。该文阐述了在化学工程与工艺专业实验中的气-固非均相催化过程动力学研究实验,重点介绍了管式微反和内循环无梯度反应器在测定本征动力学参数中的应用,比较了两类反应器的特点,并结合具体专业实验内容——乙醇脱水制乙烯动力学研究实验,对反应工艺流程、实验操作和数据处理进行了详细说明。该实验教学内容可以培养学生熟练掌握实验室常用反应器进行反应动力学数据的测定和处理能力。 Chemical reaction kinetics is the main content of the reaction engineering and the basis of reactor design. This paper describes the gas-solid heterogeneous catalytic process kinetics experiments in the chemical engineering and process experiments. The application tube-type differential reactor and internal recycling gradient-free reactor in the determination of intrinsic kinetic parameters is highlighted. The characteristics of the two types of reactors were compared, and the specific experimental contents-ethanol dehydration to ethylene kinetics research experiment, the reaction process, experimental operation and data processing were described in detail. The experimental teaching content can cultivate students ’ proficiency in the determination and processing ability of reaction kinetic data of the reactors commonly used in the laboratory.
