微课在大型精密贵重仪器设备培训中的应用探究

Research on the Application of Micro-Lectures in Training of Large-Scale Precise and Precious Equipment

高校中大型精密贵重仪器设备的培训是促进设备开放共享,锻炼学生创新实践能力的重要手段之一。该文针对目前大型设备培训中存在的问题,提出了将微课应用于设备培训中,可便于学生自主学习,提升培训效率。实践结果证明,培训效果比单纯采用现场培训更有效。此外,该文还分析讨论了微课在培训中应用的关键要素,为利用微课进行大型设备培训提供了参考和建议。

The training of large-scale precise and precious instruments and equipments in colleges and universities is one of the important means to promote the open sharing of equipment and to train students’ of innovative and practical ability. In view of the problems existing in the current large-scale equipment training, this paper proposes to apply the micro-lectures to equipment training,which can facilitate students to learn independently and significantly improve the training efficiency. Practice results have proved that the training effect is more effective than using on-site training alone. In addition, the article also analyzes and discusses the key elements of the application of micro-lectures in training, and provides reference and suggestions for the use of micro-lectures for largescale equipment training.
