实验型教辅是高等院校的重要组成部分,是维持教学正常进行的可靠保障。该文针对近年来高校迅速发展,实验型教辅人数不断增加,教辅管理中的问题日渐突出等情况,以南京医科大学公共卫生学院为例,提出相应的改革办法,探讨实验型教辅人员的培养方案和发展方向,激发教辅人员的工作热情,提高教辅队伍的整体素质,以促进学科和学校发展。
