摘要
当下"双一流"建设中以绩效为杠杆的导向,促进大学组织管理者反思其制度的有效性。有必要对大学组织绩效管理制度设计的相关范畴、基本特征、考察视角进行分析,尝试构建分析框架:以多维人性假设理论为制度设计前提,消解制度执行的无力感,增强制度的有效性;以博弈论嵌入制度设计,防止制度设计主体的单一性,注重制度生成的互动性;以委托代理理论审视制度设计流程,降低制度制定成本,提高制度的效益性。
In the current"double first-class"construction,the performance-oriented approach prompts university managers to reflect on the effectiveness of their systems.It is necessary for us to analyze the relevant categories,basic features and perspectives of the design of the organizational performance management system of universities to build the analytical framework:using multidimensional humanity hypothesis theory as system design premise to avoid the powerlessness of system execution and enhance the effectiveness of system;embedding game theory into system design to prevent the oneness of system designer and highlight the interactivity of system generation;examining system design process with principal-agent theory to reduce the system-making cost and promote the system efficiency.
