内涵式发展语境下职业教育评价的新思考 被引量:8

New Thoughts on the Evaluation of Vocational Education in the Context of Connotative Development

摘要 当前,职业教育发展迅速,职业教育已从规模扩张提升到内涵式发展。要实现职业教育质量特色发展,必须坚持以人才培养质量为核心,而职业教育的评价是不断提升人才培养质量的重要措施之一。通过比较借鉴澳大利亚、德国、日本和英国等国家的职业教育评价模式,文章提出应明晰职业教育的评价理念、构建产教融合的评价环境、创新融合多元的评价路径,以及健全保障机制。 At present,vocational education is developing rapidly and vocational education has been upgraded from scale expansion to connotative development.To realize the quality development of vocational education,we must adhere to the quality of personnel training as the core,and the evaluation of vocational education is one of the important ways to constantly improve the quality of personnel training.By comparing our vocational education evaluation models with those of Australia,Germany,Japan and the UK,the author puts forward that we should clarify the concept of vocational education evaluation,foster a good evaluating environment where production and education are integrated,innovate multiple evaluation paths,and create an elite teacher team as guarantee mechanism.
