从接纳到内化——思想政治教育的主体性生成逻辑 被引量:7

摘要 思想政治教育是以学生的认知、情感和需要为前提,以培养学生正确的政治观念、道德人格、价值理想为目的的教育活动,更是一种以学生为中心,以促进学生全面发展为目的的主体性教育活动。然而在传统教育理念下,教育者多将学生视为被动的、缺乏创造性的客体,以灌输、外化、他律等方式开展思想政治教育,不能很好地培育学生的主体意识和主体人格。思想政治教育应以学生的个性差异、兴趣爱好、价值理想、心理需要、利益诉求等为出发点,以科学合理的教育内容、方法、载体促进学生的思想接纳、情感认同和价值内化,将外在的原则、理论、规范等内化为学生的主体意识和主体人格。 The ideological and political education is an education activity based on the cognition,emotion and demand of students to cultivate the correct political ideas,moral personality and value ideal of students.It is also a student-oriented subjective education activity to promote the comprehensive development of students.However,under the traditional education concept,educators often regard students as the passive object lacking in creativity.It is impossible to cultivate the subjective consciousness and personality of students well by carrying out the ideological and political education through inculcation,externalization and heteronomy.Therefore,the personality difference,interests,value ideals,psychological need and interest demand of students should be taken as the starting point in the ideological and political education.It should also aim to internalize the external principles,theories and norms into the subjective consciousness and character of students in education activities such as promoting the ideological acceptance,emotional identification and value internalization of students by making use of the scientific and reasonable education content,methods and carriers.
