Mathematical culture,as the most important component of human culture,has exerted a significant influence on the development of human history and culture.Its special thinking modes of deduction and argumentation which have incomparable cultural value determine its unique status in human culture.Moreover,improving citizens'mathematical cultural competence plays a big role in cultivating innovative spirit and rational thinking.Therefore,we should attach great importance to the excellent tradition of Chinese mathematical culture.In addition,we are also supposed to attract and absorb all the advanced mathematical cultural creation across the world and integrate them into national mathematical culture organically.
