在国内城市轨道交通行业高速发展的时代背景下,天津地铁已从线路运营逐步迈向了网络化运营阶段,面对日益复杂的线网运营现状,建立一套科学高效的调度指挥管理模式,具有十分重要的意义。在分析研究北京、上海、南京城市轨道交通调度指挥管理模式的基础上,结合天津地铁自身的发展现状和建设基础,探索建立了整合应急指挥、控制中心和设备专业调度工作职能的线网集中式调度指挥管理模式,为国内城市轨道交通发展提供参考。

Under the historical background of high-speed development of domestic urban rail transit industry, Tianjin metro has gradually moved from line operation to network operation. Facing the increasingly complex line network operation situation, it is very important to establish a set of scientific and efficient dispatching command management mode. Based on the analysis of Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing urban rail transit dispatching command management mode, combined with the development status and construction foundation of Tianjin metro itself, the establishment of a centralized network dispatching command and management mode that integrates the functions of emergency command, control center and equipment professional dispatching is explored, providing reference for the development of urban rail transit in China.
