摘要
柱稳式平台在海洋工程中应用很广,随着深水油气田的开发,越来越多的立柱稳定式浮式平台作为生产平台被采用,包括半潜式平台(SEMI)、单柱式平台(SPAR)、张力腿平台(TLP)等。从结构设计的一般思路入手,结合柱稳式平台的受力特点,分别考虑结构强度、屈曲能力以及疲劳分析3个方面,总结其结构设计的关键流程,旨在为海洋工程从业者对柱稳式平台结构的校核提供参考。
Column-stabilized platforms are widely used in marine engineering. With the development of deep-water oil and gas fields, more and more column-stabilized floating platforms are used as production platforms, including semi-submersible platforms (SEMI), single-pillar platforms (SPAR), tension leg platforms (TLP) and so on. Starting from the general idea of structural design, combined with the characteristics of the column-stabilized platform, considering the three aspects of structural strength, buckling ability and fatigue analysis, the key processes of structural design are summarized, to provide reference for marine engineering practitioners for checking column-stabilized platform structures.
