Maintenance Status and Control Measures of Offshore Workover Rig

随着我国海洋石油产业迅猛发展,油田调整、改造、大修作业工程量不断增加,海洋修井机作为海上石油平台井下作业的重要组成设备,在提高采油速度、采收率和改善油井作业条件及油、水井技术状况方面的作用更加突出。通过对目前海洋修井机维保状况进行调研分析,结合修井机维保经验,总结海洋修井机维保存在的问题,并提出相应的控制措施。

With the rapid development of China's offshore oil industry, the workload of oilfield adjustment, renovation and overhaul operations continues to increase. As an important equipment for downhole operation of offshore oil platforms, offshore workover rigs play an important role in improving oil production speed, production rate and oil well operation conditions and oil and water well technology. Through the investigation and analysis of the maintenance status of marine workover rigs at present, combined with the experience in maintenance of marine workover rigs, the problems existing in the maintenance of marine workover rigs are summarized and some suggestions are put forward.
