Maintenance of QGD Series Screw Air Compressors

QGD系列螺杆式压缩机组是一种容积式单级压缩的喷油双螺杆压缩机,电机通过弹性联轴器直接与压缩机机头的阳转子相连从而省掉了变速齿轮箱,且采用全密闭静音设计,以其功能齐全、操作简便、布局合理、故障率低、噪音小而备受关注,其安装数量和使用范围不断扩大。因此,加强对此类空压机的日常维护和现场问题处理成为安全运行的关键。结合设备运行及维护的工作实践,论述了QGD系列螺杆空压机易发生的一些故障和处理方法。

QGD series screw compressor unit is a volumetric, single-stage compression and oil-injection twin-screw compressor. The motor is directly connected with the positive rotor of the compressor head through the elastic coupling, thus eliminating the transmission gearbox. The fully closed silent design is adopted. Because of its complete functions, simple operation, reasonable layout, low failure rate and low noise, it has attracted much attention, and its installation quantity and scope of use have been expanding. How to strengthen the daily maintenance and on-site problem handling of such air compressors has become the key to safe and high-quality operation. Combining with the work, this paper discusses some fault phenomena and treatment methods of GQD series screw air compressor in equipment operation and maintenance.
