冠心病心律失常的动态心电图与常规心电图诊断效果比较分析

Dynamic Electrocardiogram in Coronary Heart Disease, Arrhythmia and Conventional Electrocardiogram Diagnosis Effect Comparative Analysis

目的:分析并比较冠心病心律失常临床诊断中展开常规心电图技术、动态心电图技术的效果。方法:以2016年10月-2018年05月本院收治的50例冠心病确诊患者为对象,均有心律失常相关症状出现,均展开常规心电图技术、动态心电图技术检查,并比较2种方案检出结果。结果:动态心电图技术阴性预测值40.00%,敏感度86.36%,阳性预测值95.00%,特异度66.67%,比常规心电图技术的12.50%、68.18%、88.24%及33.33%高,(P<0.05)。且动态心电图技术对房性早搏二三联律患者、室性早搏成对患者、室性早搏二三联律患者、房性早搏成对患者及断阵室上速患者的检出率比常规心电图更高,(P<0.05)。结论:于冠心病心律失常患者临床诊断中展开动态心电图技术价值显著,准确性高,因此可将其视作冠心病心律失常专业诊断中首选措施。

Objective: To analyze and compare the arrhythmia in coronary heart disease in the clinical diagnosis of regular electrocardiogram technology,the effect of dynamic electrocardiogram technology.Methods: In October2016-05,2018 in our hospital were 50 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosis as an object,all have arrhythmia related symptoms,all regular electrocardiogram,dynamic electrocardiogram inspection,detection results and compare the two kinds of solution.Results: Dynamic electrocardiogram negative predictive value of 40.00%,the sensitivity of 86.36%,positive predictive value of 95.00%,a specific degree is 66.67%,12.50%than conventional electrocardiogram,68.18%,88.24% and33.33%,(P < 0.05).And dynamic electrocardiogram in patients with premature beat two triple room sex law,ventricular premature beat patients,patients with ventricular premature beat two triple law in pairs,or room premature beat patients in pairs,or broken array on the room rate in patients with detection rate is higher than conventional electrocardiogram,(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Cardiac arrhythmia in coronary heart disease patients in clinical diagnosis of dynamic electrocardiogram value,the accuracy is high,so it can be seen as arrhythmia professional choice in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
