人性化护理在房颤导管射频消融术中的应用

Application of Humanized Nursing in Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation of Atrial Fibrillation

目的:探讨人性化护理在房颤导管射频消融术中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年11月至2018年11月期间我院收治的86例心房颤动患者作为本次研究的主体,随机将患者分成对照组(43例)及试验组(43例),护理方法分别为常规护理及常规联合人性化护理干预,观察比较两组患者的护理满意度、并发症发生情况及临床护理疗效情况。结果:比较两组患者的并发症,试验组显著低于对照组,数据差异性显著(p<0.05);护理干预后,试验组患者的护理满意度以及并发症发生率情况显著优于对照组,数据差异性显著(p<0.05)。结论:人性化护理在房颤导管射频消融术中的应用中,可显著改善患者并发心脏压塞等并发症状态,同时提高临床护理满意度,护理效果显著,值得在临床上大力推广使用。

Objective: To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in radiofrequency catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation.Methods: 86 patients with atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital from November2017 to November2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were randomly divided into control group (43 cases) and experimental group (43 cases).The nursing methods were routine nursing and routine combined humanized nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was observed and compared.The occurrence of complications and the effect of clinical nursing.Results: Comparing the complications of the two groups,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,and the data difference was significant (p < 0.05);after nursing intervention,the nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the data difference was significant (p < 0.05).Conclusion: The application of humanized nursing in radiofrequency catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation can significantly improve the complications such as cardiac tamponade,and improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing.The nursing effect is remarkable.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
