学校卫生工作中的少儿营养状况分析及其教学改善建议 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析学校卫生工作中的少儿营养状况,并提出有效的改善建议。方法:择取2018年1月至2018年11月我市3800名中小学生作为此次研究的一般对象,并对入选的中小学生的体重和身高进行测量,然后评估其营养状况。结果:本组学生营养达标率为76.16%,肥胖率为6.24%,体重超标率为11%,营养不良发生率为6.6%。结论:学校开展卫生工作过程中,应该针对少儿影响当前的状况进行分析,并根据分析结果制定并实施有效的措施,同时还需要家长积极参与,纠正少儿存在的不良饮食与卫生习惯,从而保证少儿健康成长。 Objective: To analyze the nutritional status of children in school health work and to propose effective improvement suggestions.Methods: From January2018 to November2018,3800 primary and middle school students in our city were selected as the general subjects of the study.The weight and height of the selected primary and secondary school students were measured,and then their nutritional status was assessed.Results: The nutritional compliance rate of this group was 76.16%,the obesity rate was 6.24%,the overweight rate was11%,and the incidence of malnutrition was 6.6%.Conclusion: In the process of health work in schools,the children should be analyzed according to the current situation of children,and effective measures should be formulated and implemented according to the analysis results.At the same time,parents should be actively involved to correct the poor diet and hygiene habits of children,so as to ensure the health of children.growing up.
