冻融卵裂期胚胎不同解冻时间的移植结局比较

Comparison of Clinical Outcomes of Frozen-Thawed Cleavage-Stage Embryo Transfer after Being Thawed in Different Time

目的:探讨玻璃化冷冻的卵裂期胚胎不同的解冻培养时间对妊娠结局的影响。方法:回顾分析了2017年1月～2017年12月在我生殖中心进行的244例解冻移植(FET)周期,根据解冻时间的不同分为A组(对照组)115例:提前2小时解冻后移植组;B组(实验组)129例:提前18小时(移植前一天下午)解冻后移植组。比较各组间患者的临床妊娠率、胚胎着床率和流产率。结果:B组和A组之间的临床妊娠率和胚胎着床率比较,有上升趋势,但无显著性差异(44.19%vs40%;29.68%vs27.43%,P>0.05),流产率(8.8%vs6.52%,p>0.05)亦无显著性差异。结论:提前解冻卵裂期胚胎后再移植不能显著改变妊娠结局,但有利于实验室更好的安排工作。

Objective: To explore the impact on pregnancy outcomes of different culture time of vitrified frozen-thawed cleavage-stage embryos .Methods: Date of244 transfer cycle of vitrified cleavage- stage embryos from our research institute between January2017 andDecember2017 was retrospectively analyzed.According to different culture time embryos were divided into two groups: A group (the control group) which embryos were transferred after being thawed and cultured in two hours;B group (the experimental group) which were transferred after being thawed and cultured for eighteen hours .The embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and miscarriage rate were compared between the two groups.Results: There was no significantly difference in clinical pregnancy rate(44.9%vs40%,P>0.05) and embryo implantation rate (29.68% vs27.43%,P>0.05) between group B and group A,only an upward trend.The miscarriage rate was also similar between two groups (8.8% vs 6.52%,P>0.05).Conclusion: Advanced thawing of embryos before transfer does not significantly increase the clinical pregnancy rate and the embryo implantation rate,but it is in favour of arranging work in laboratory.
