基于应用型本科人才培育视角的高校行政管理队伍建设研究

Construction and Improvement of University Administrative Management Team based on the Perspective of Applied Undergraduate Talent Cultivation

随着我国教育体制不断发展,基于应用型本科人才培育视角的高校行政管理队伍建设逐步成为社会关注的重点。从构建应用型本科人才培育背景下高校行政管理队伍的内涵及重要性着手,分析了行政管理队伍应具备的素质,也指出了队伍建设的现实问题,旨在得出应用型本科人才培育背景下高校行政管理队伍建设和改进的策略,为以后相关研究提供借鉴。

With the continuous development of China’s education system, the construction of administrative management team based on the perspective of applied undergraduate talents has gradually become the focus of social attention. This paper starts with the connotation and importance of the administrative management team under the background of constructing applied undergraduate talents, analyzes the quality that the administrative management team should possess, and points out the practical problems of team building, aiming at the background of applied undergraduate talent cultivation. The strategy of building and improving the administrative management team of colleges and universities will provide reference for future research.
