当前,创新驱动发展战略深入推进,高校作为实施创新驱动发展的重要主体,在科技成果转化方面存在的问题愈发突出。基于数据对广州高校落实科技成果转化政策进行分析,总结高校科技成果转化存在的主要障碍因素,提出促进高校科技成果转化的对策建议。

At present, the strategy of innovation-driven development has been advanced, Colleges and universities are the main body of implementing innovation-driven development, the problems in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities have become increasingly prominent. Through data research, this paper analyzes the implementation of the transformation policy of scientific and technological achievements in Guangzhou universities, summarizes the main obstacles in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities, and proposes countermeasures to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities.
