摘要
从规划走向执行是战略管理的核心内容,战略执行评价是检验执行是否到位的关键环节。在平衡计分卡、战略地图、战略管理与组织等理论体系研究的基础上,结合勘察设计企业特点,从战略执行绩效、过程、有效性、管理与组织等4个层面设计构建了战略执行评价体系。
It is the core of strategic management that from planning go to implementation, the strategy implementation evaluation is the key segment to test whether the strategy implementation is in place. Based on studying the modern theory of balanced scorecard system, strategy map, and strategy-focused organization, combined with the characteristics of the survey and design enterprises, the paper structured the strategy implementation evaluation system from the four levels of strategy implementation process, performance, effectiveness, management and organization.
