晚期胰腺癌的免疫治疗进展

Progression in immunotherapy for advanced pancreatic cancer

胰腺癌是致死率最高的恶性肿瘤之一,死亡率居癌症死亡的第4位,其发病隐匿且易早期转移。约80%的患者诊断时已为晚期,传统标准化疗方案获益有限,且缺乏其他可选择的有效治疗手段。近几年国内外开展了大量临床试验旨在探索胰腺癌治疗的新策略,其中免疫治疗在晚期胰腺癌中越来越受到关注。本文主要综述了晚期胰腺癌免疫治疗的最新研究进展,包括肿瘤疫苗、免疫检查点抑制剂、过继免疫细胞治疗、溶瘤病毒、治疗性抗体以及免疫系统调节剂等。

Pancreatic cancer is the fourth leading cause for cancer-related mortality worldwide, with characteristics of insidious onset and early metastasis, and about 80% of patients are diagnosed at a late stage of disease. The standard chemotherapy regimens are demonstrating minimal effectiveness. There is a dire need for novel and effective therapies to improve the poor survival of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. In recent years, a large number of clinical trials have been conducted to explore new therapeutic strategies for advanced pancreatic cancer, among which immunotherapy has drawn more and more attention. The recent advances in immunotherapy of advanced pancreatic cancer are reviewed, including tumor vaccines, immune checkpoint inhibitors, adoptive cell transfer therapy, oncolytic viruses, therapeutic antibodies and immunomodulators.
