摘要
在产教融合背景下,以培养学生工程实践能力为目的,校企合力打造“双师型”导师队伍。结合广东医科大学信息管理与信息系统专业“卓越工程师”计划的实施,从行业背景、双导师制度、实践教学、教学管理监督及评价机制方面探讨,提出了具有医学信息学特色的“双师型”师资队伍建设方案。
Under the background of the integration of production and education, the univer- sity and the enterprise work together to build a "double-teacher" tutor team for the purpose of cul- tivating students' engineering practice ability. Along with the implementation of "excellent en- gineer" plan of information management and information system major in Guangdong Medical University, this paper puts forward the construction plan of "double-qualified" teacher team with the characteristics of medical informatics from the aspects of industry background, double-super- visor system, practical teaching, teaching management supervision and evaluation mechanism.
