基于微课和网络学习平台的翻转教学法在外科学医患沟通能力培养中的应用

Application of Flipped Teaching Based on Micro-lesson and E-learning Platform in Physician-patient Communication Ability Training in Surgery

医患沟通能力是全球医学教育最低基本要求中医学生必备的核心能力之一。文章以医学生核心能力培养为目标,运用微课和网络学习平台将真实临床情景的医患沟通角色扮演引入外科学翻转教学,通过专业知识、专科技能和医患沟通技能相结合的考核评价体系以及教学反馈问卷,探讨基于微课和网络学习平台的翻转教学法在外科学教学中的应用效果。结果表明,该教学方法有助于提高外科学的教学效果和医学生医患沟通能力的培养,并带动医学生其他核心能力的培养,且符合“以学生为中心”的教学理念。

Physician-patient communication ability is one of the core competencies required by the Minimum Essential Requirements of Global Medical Education. The study explored the application effect of flipped teaching based on micro-lesson and E-learning platform in surgery through the introduction of role-play on physician-patient communication and the assessment and evaluation system which combined professional knowledge, professional skills, physician-patient communication ability and teaching feedback questionnaire. The results show that this teaching method is beneficial to the surgical teaching effect, physician-patient communication ability and medical students' core competence training, and accords with the "student-centered" teaching philo-sophy.
