摘要
目的 通过“互联网+”构建新型护理人文素养培育模式,以改善当前护理人文素养培育存在的困境。方法 以2011级护理本科学生作为观察组,采用“互联网+”平台进行教学创新,将护理人文教育融合于专业课程中,同时,依靠微信/QQ等网络平台构建“学校—医院—社会(家庭)”联动系统等措施构建新型护理人文素养培育模式;以2010级护理本科学生作为对照组,采用学校、医院分段式教学。结果 观察组学生对护理职业形象和伦理行为的认同远远高于对照组,观察组的尊重、关爱等维度比得分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 新型护理人文素养培育模式使课内、课外,线上、线下教育相结合,同时,真实模拟和虚拟教学有机结合,能有效提高当代护理学生的人文素养水平。
Objective To construct a new cultivation model of nursing humanistic quality with the help of "Internet +" to improve the humanistic literacy levels of undergraduate students majored in Nursing.Methods Undergraduate students from Class of 2011 were chosen as the observation group, and professional courses integrated with nursing humanities education based on "Internet +" platform were adopted in teaching. Meanwhile, depending on network platforms like WeChat and QQ, the "schools-hospital-society (family)" linkage system was constructed to build new nursing humanistic quality cultivation model. Undergraduate students from class of 2010 were chosen as the control group, and sectional education of university and hospital was adopted in their education. Results Students' approval of nursing professional image and ethical behavior in the observation group are obviously higher than that of the control group, and the scores of dimensions of respect and care in the observation group are significantly higher than the scores of the control group too, which express statistical significance ( P <0.05). Conclusion The new cultivation model, which integrates in-class, out-of-class, online and offline education, and orga- nically integrates real, simulation and virtual teaching, can effectively improve the humanistic quality level of contemporary Nursing students.
