心血管内科留学生临床见习的特点及带教体会

The Characteristics and Teaching Experience of Cardiovascular Clinical Training of International Medical Students

随着我国科技进步和对外交流的不断深入,越来越多的留学生来到我国医学院校接受临床教育。医学院校留学生的临床见习技能是其临床培训非常重要的组成部分。针对留学生学习特点,文章探索了通过采用个体化的带教模式,对带教教师自身英语水平进行培养和提高;针对心血管内科的特点及病种的特殊性,进行课前语言、教材的准备,并合理安排临床见习内容,选择合适的病例对临床医学生带教;采用PBL教学与案例教学相结合的教学方式,重视病史采集、体格检查和临床思维能力的培养,导入循证医学理念,取得良好的见习效果。

With the scientific and technological progress and external exchange in our coun- try, more and more international students come to China to receive clinical medical education. Cli- nical practical skill is an important component in the medical training for international medical students. According to the learning characteristics of international students, this paper discussed the value of adopting individualized teaching mode, while developing the English language skills of teachers for clinical training. Meanwhile, by focusing on the features of cardiology, we should also enhance the teaching material preparation before class and reasonable arrangement of trainee content (choosing appropriate cases for students' practice). At last, good effects have been achi- eved by combing problem-based teaching and case study oriented teaching, paying attention to the collection of patients' medical history, physical examination and with cultivation of clinical think- ing ability, as well as leading in theory of evidence-based medicine.
