摘要
针对当前支架搬运车转向时滑移量大造成轮胎严重磨损的问题现状,在充分考虑煤矿井下巷道路面情况和支架搬运车具体使用情况的基础上,根据车辆转向时左、右两侧车速与左、右两侧液压驱动泵流量的关系,提出电子与液压相结合控制方法,研制能够精确控制支架搬运车左、右轮差速驱动的防爆电控差速转向系统,保证车辆行驶时各车轮与地面保持纯滚动状态,减小车轮与地面的摩擦力,改善轮胎滑移量,延长轮胎的使用寿命,对支架搬运车而言意义重大。
