摘要
基于对缠绕式提升机卷筒的有限元分析,合理地选取了筒壳应力监测点,设计了基于FPGA和WiFi的应力采集发射装置,联合C++Builder和LabVIEW开发平台,编写应力监测程序。将所构建的应力测试系统应用于缠绕式提升机试验台,试验结果表明该系统可准确可靠地对筒壳应力进行实时监测。
Selecting stress monitoring points through the analysis of the drum shell of winding hoist, designs the stress collecting and transmitting devices based on FPGA and WiFi, and develops a stress monitoring program with the combination of C++ Builder and LabVIEW. The stress measurement system was then applied on the test rig for winding hoist, whose experimental result verifies the effectiveness, reliability and accuracy of the drum shell stress monitoring system.
